Delete your Social Live account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time — in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.
In the app
Open Social Live and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirm, then type delete to confirm again. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.
By email
Email hello@social-live.app from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What is deleted
Your name, username, email, phone number, date of birth, country, profile photo, banner, bio and profile media; your sign-in methods (Google, Apple, email); and every session, device and notification token. Your account can never be signed into again, and any coin balance is lost.
What is kept
Coin purchase and gift ledger records are kept in anonymized form — no longer linked to your name or contact details — as required for tax and accounting compliance. Content you authored may remain, shown as “Deleted account”. Live streams are not stored after the broadcast ends.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For anything else about your data, see our privacy policy.
